Role Overview: As a Roto/Paint Artist at Midas VFX in Mumbai, you will be responsible for creating clean plates and removing unwanted elements from footage to facilitate seamless compositing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual integrity of shots and contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities: Perform roto and paint tasks to remove unwanted elements from footage and create clean plates Work closely with compositors and supervisors to ensure the seamless integration of elements into shots Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the roto/paint process Collaborate with other artists to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in roto/paint workflows Requirements: Proven experience as a Roto/Paint Artist in the VFX industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Nuke, Silhouette, and Photoshop Strong understanding of roto and paint techniques, including tracking and matte creation Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines If you're passionate about visual effects and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
