Essential Job Functions : Creating proposals for senior management for new products Trademarkia should build in the legal techno area. Upon approval of projects, writing product definition documents in detail to give front end UX designers an idea of what to build and why. Creating wireframes in Slides or Figma, and working with UX designers to create click through prototypes of new legal tech projects. Writing auto emails, helping to decide on pricing, and supervising engineering team in building out new products. Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction. Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities. Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, research, and design peers. Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Design and ship high quality product improvements.

Designing and Architecting : Research and come up with new services for Trademarkia.com, PatentExpress.com and Copyrightable.com A search engine for PCT patent data and service offering. A search engine for Immigration data and service offering. An AI directed search engine for Federal Litigation data in PACER, similar to PacerPro.com. and more!

Essential Qualifications Design Background: A strong degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design Thinking, or a related field. Proven experience in crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile interfaces. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG standards). Research Expertise: Experience in a variety of user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.). Ability to analyze and synthesize data to identify pain points, opportunities, and user needs specific to the legal domain. Legal Industry Understanding: While not always mandatory, familiarity with legal processes, terminology, and the types of users involved in legal services (lawyers, clients, etc.) is highly advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Additional Desirable Qualifications Business Acumen:

Ability to align design choices with business goals and metrics. Communication Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication to collaborate with legal professionals, developers, and other stakeholders. Legal Tech Interest:

Passion for the intersection of technology and the legal industry. Project Management:

Ability to track and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

You will be required to create a 3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and showcasing your Figma skills and interest in this position if you are preselected.

Preferred Requirements: Exceptional skills in Figma. Bachelors degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. LLM, or Legal Masters degree a plus but optional.

Starting Salary : 20 to 40% increase based on your current salary, and

depending on experience.
