Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
- Conduct thorough product/service presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, effectively addressing any customer inquiries or objections.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings, pricing structures, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
