Parati is seeking a self-motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Project Manager with an interest in business process improvement and portfolio, program, and project management support to join our team to support Parati's Chief Delivery Officer, Program Management Office (PMO), Practice Management/Corporate initiatives, and Federal Customers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis and managing projects or corporate initiatives.
Experience must include analyzing data, documenting meeting minutes and action items, developing business process diagrams, drafting business documents, and successfully managing projects or initiatives to completion with limited oversight.
The candidate will support monthly corporate Program Management Reviews, ISO and CMMI audits, and various corporate initiatives as directed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, technical, and project management support for Paratis Delivery team, PMO, and Practice Management.
Perform administrative functions related to the coordination and management of contract data, monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Quad Report updates.
Coordinate and communicate with various cross-functional teams.
Assist in maintaining PMO and Practice Management content on the corporate Intranet.
Understand and assist in translating corporate strategy into specific, measurable goals and tracking those goals to completion.
Coordinate small teams to achieve defined goals.
Draft PowerPoint presentations for executive and general staff audiences.
Create PMO training materials and provide training to staff.
Leverage project documentation to create corporate templates following a standard approach.
Analyze data using Excel pivot tables to graphically display data in charts or dashboards.
Capture succinct meeting minutes with action items and demonstrate follow-through in tracking action items to completion.
Research assigned topics to develop draft guides and procedures.
Understand how systems or processes work end-to-end and diagram options for improvement.
Lead Corporate Initiatives and Provide Project Management oversight to such projects.
Meet timelines and produce error-free deliverables and clear email communications.
Preferred:
4-year degree from an accredited University/College in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years directly relevant experience managing projects and/or corporate initiatives.
The candidate must have skills to understand and manipulate financial data and should have a basic understanding of federal contracts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated proficiency using Excel pivot tables and/or Power BI.
Proficiency with SharePoint Online and MS Teams is required.
Advanced skills with SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and MS Forms (for surveys).
Agile certification(s) and Project Management Professional certification a plus.
