Fettling Automation is a company based in Chennai specializing in fettling shop equipment for foundries in India. We fulfill the grinding, degating, cutting needs of foundries with our products.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant Manager Technical Services. The Assistant Manager Technical Services will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products. They will be responsible for conducting customer service and training to ensure proper use of our products.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field
- Experience in the Electrical systems related to industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of CNC machine progamming is a must.
Need candidates with post qualification experience on 3 to 4 years.
