Job Description
- Strong with MS Excel Skills
- Experience with all cash applications tasks and the ability to fill in when needed
- Lockbox application and reconciliation
- Daily cash forecast reported to upper management (multiple banks and accounts)
- Daily cash applications metrics
- Daily Unapplied cash reporting for team, Weekly/Monthly Unapplied cash reporting for management
- Daily Bank to GL reconciliation/month end reconciliation for period close (multiple banks and accounts)
- Report/review write offs processed for the period
- Assist with Customer Account Reconciliations
- Additional Reporting as needed
Qualifications
Experience â€' 5+ Years in Cash Application, Credit Reporting and Reconciliation.
