Any Graduate with 5 to 8 years experience in coordinating with Top Management Members & Managing large-scale events and transactions
Should possess Excellent presentation and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build & manage relationships with different teams
Computer savvy and fluency in English is essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Providing continuity when leadership changes at the Chapter level
- Manage Chapter operations like Events, Member Directory, Newsletter, Website.
- Manage budget, logistics, and vendors for the event
- Develop and implement a growth strategy
- Working with individual Chapter Chair for the execution of new initiatives, maintaining existing initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Report to the National GM and the Chapter Council
- Chapter Council meetings coordination, minutes, action items, follow-ups
- Cross Chapter information flow of ideas, best practices, connecting members
- Primarily scheduling, coordinating, and encouraging participation and attendance in meetings/gatherings
- Engaging with council chairs for initiative/actioning/facilitation/execution
- Coordinate with all chapter executives, finance, and General Manager for any clarifications Assisting with any National/chapter work when required.
