We specialize in creating delicious and unique vegetarian dishes using a locavore approach and a keen eye on sustainability. Our mission is to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience by using quality ingredients and a creative flair.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at Plural Restaurant. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, preparing and executing menu items, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for creating new menu items and managing food costs.

Requirements/Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with locavore cooking and sustainability practices, proficiency in multiple languages, and a passion for exploring new flavors and ingredients.

Should ideally reside within a reasonable distance from restaurant.
