Job Description:
CMPTL has started its new Franchisee; e-Novate Marcom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Located at Bandra, Mumbai and is looking to expand through additional Business Acquisition.
Selected Candidate will be hired on the Payroll of the Franchisee - e-Novate Marcom Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Overall Responsibilities of the Sr. BDM will include as under.
- Business Development Role to procure an annual business of INR 3 Crore Plus in services mentioned at http://cmptl.com/
- Build a Team of Sr. BDE / BDM to achieve above target for the team.
- Maintain relationship with the Clients to grow business
- Grow the capability of the Center by inducting, and orienting team to offer CMPTL services to various sectors.
- Responsible for P&L and grow the center to run as a profitable center.
- Your Role will have Individual as well as Team Responsibility.
Timings: Monday to Saturday 9.30AM – 6.30PM. Lunch Break – 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday is Off)
Travel - This role involves travel across Mumbai.
Type of Job - Full Time

- MBA in Marketing / Advertising from a Reputed Institute.
- Excellent Communication Skills- Oral & Written
- Business Development / Acquisition Experience of 8-10 years and relevant experience of 5 years in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Marcom etc.
- Should have very good command over English and regional language.
- Attractive Personality and Very good presentation and articulation skills.
- Ability to imbibe Company’s Vision and transfer the same to the Franchisees.
- High energy levels with pleasant approach towards handling the prospect enquiries.
- Understands and has experience of interacting with Sr. Managers & CXOs.
