Relevent Experience: Business Development / Acquisition Experience of 8-10 years and relevant experience of 5 years in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Marcom etc.

Job Description:

CMPTL has started its new Franchisee; e-Novate Marcom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Located at Bandra, Mumbai and is looking to expand through additional Business Acquisition.

Selected Candidate will be hired on the Payroll of the Franchisee -  e-Novate Marcom Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Overall Responsibilities of the Sr. BDM will include as under.

  1. Business Development Role to procure an annual business of INR 3 Crore Plus in services mentioned at http://cmptl.com/
  2. Build a Team of Sr. BDE / BDM to achieve above target for the team.
  3. Maintain relationship with the Clients to grow business
  4. Grow the capability of the Center by inducting, and orienting team to offer CMPTL services to various sectors.
  5. Responsible for P&L and grow the center to run as a profitable center.
  6. Your Role will have Individual as well as Team Responsibility.

Timings: Monday to Saturday 9.30AM – 6.30PM. Lunch Break – 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday is Off)

Travel - This role involves travel across Mumbai.

Type of Job - Full Time

Location of the Job – Mumbai, Maharashtra.

  1. MBA in Marketing / Advertising from a Reputed Institute.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills- Oral & Written
  3. Business Development / Acquisition Experience of 8-10 years and relevant experience of 5 years in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Marcom etc.
  4. Should have very good command over English and regional language.
  5. Attractive Personality and Very good presentation and articulation skills.
  6. Ability to imbibe Company’s Vision and transfer the same to the Franchisees.
  7. High energy levels with pleasant approach towards handling the prospect enquiries.
  8. Understands and has experience of interacting with Sr. Managers & CXOs.
  9. A go-getter with a never quenching thirst to succeed and achieve numbers.
