To help catalyze insurance ecosystems for the benefit of the society. • Global Insurance expertise and a customer centric approach • Vertical focused and technology enabled • Learning Organization • People – First Culture Job Summary/ Job Opportunity: Release and Delivery management • Build and support Duck Creek technology platform capability within organization • Responsible for managing multi-applications Monthly releases with Change Requests/Enhancements having complex integrations in DC V11 and V12 env. • Coordinate across multiple teams across the globe for Dev, BA, QA, and UAT • Planning, implementing and scheduling activities in a project plan to ensure completion of the project within the defined timeframe while ensuring quality standards and optimal resource utilization. • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are on time and meet defined standard. • Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area. • Motivate, manage, recruit and lead projects across cross functional teams DC Claims Production Support • Build and support Duck Creek technology platform capability within Organization • Responsible for DC Claims Production Support and Prod Support Team having Customer base across the Globe. • Ownership of Incidents/Problems and Technology management. • Coordinate across multiple teams for Short Releases with development, BA, QA, and users. • Planning, implementing and scheduling activities to ensure Smooth production Support while ensuring quality standards and optimal resource utilization. • Responsible for Liasioning with external API Vendors and DuckCreek Base Product Team • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are on time and meet defined standard. • Ensured adherence to SLAs/KPIs with focused implementation of process improvements and best practices within support area. • Motivate, manage, recruit and lead projects across cross functional teams Relationship Management • Manage Client relationship and provide Governance on behalf of client • Liaison with prospective customers • Demo and presentation to customers • Attend meetings, seminars and brain storming at customer locations • Grow existing accounts Position: Associate Director-Duckcreek Claims Key Capabilities and Competencies: Overall Experience 16+ yrs • 10+ years Experience in P&C domain. • 10+ years Experience developing solutions in Claims. • Experience in Implementation and Production Support of P&C products across regions • 8+ years Duck Creek Claims Experience • Extensive knowledge working in DC Claims Product environment in capacity of a Technical Delivery specialist. • Expertise in Claims V11 and DC Claims V12 • Expertise with Duck Creek platform • Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation skills • Excellent Delivery Management Skills • B.E/ B. Tech / MCA - Full time from premier Engineering colleges. • Experience with SDLC using scrum methodology. • Experience with onshore and offshore engagement models. • Excellence in Engagement management derived from outstanding communication skills interacting with various stakeholders Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 10 years in P&C Insurance Broad technical knowledge of US international tax law and regulations Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Claims Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders What We Offer You At Xceedance, you will discover the possibility to exceed yourself and grow persistently with us.
