As a Scrum and Project Co-ordinator, you will be part of technology team responsible for managing and coordinating business and technical projects, managing interdependencies, identifying, analysing and mitigating risks, practising agility, thinking innovatively, effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Method & Practice Agility

• Implement processes, practices, and tools to allow for multiple paths of delivery. Support simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible ways of working.
• Play an active role in leading project and agile implementation and support others in
• Lead and influence others on best practice and SAP Technology ways of working, including enabling others to adopt standard processes and improvements
• Can apply a range of facilitation techniques to help team(s) resolve problems and issues.
• Leads on planning for range of initiatives, from simple activities to complex projects
• Able to utilise appropriate frameworks to support continuous improvement

• Create and track insight/metrics to support the team with dashboards and material
• Can apply and adapt different innovative methods depending on the situation.

• Exhibits a growth mindset, always willing to learn and try new things.
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be prepared to work on a number of initiatives within SAP Technology Delivery Excellence team, SAP Technology and wider Corporate platform

• Experience working in a large technical environment.
• Proven experience and understanding of tools such as Jira, Confluence and SNOW.
• Experience and knowledge with SAP technology

Desirable skills

• Experience and knowledge of Service Management – ITIL and ITSM framework and processes and ways of working
