Accountable for a single small to medium sized global network delivery or multiple simple global network deliveries. The global network operates across 198 countries and territories, with 3,400 multinational customers with multiple sites, using 5,200 points of presence
What you’ll be doing
Updating Sharepoint Database through MS Access post data download from various tools and applying transformations.
Project Budget tracking, compare BC base line with actuals and forecasts provided by Delivery Managers.
Merge all individual project budget trackers (Excel) into overall programme overview (Excel).
Merge all individual project plans (MS-Project) into an overall programme overview (Excel).
Develops working relationships and communicates with a range of project stakeholders across teams to ensure actions completed, progress updated and impacts on other components managed.
SharePoint management of data.
Contacting & finding the correct AM, and other details related to various customer circuits for all sites and making it available for the Delivery Managers to use.
Run a regular project review forum with all stakeholders covering risks/issues/finances/status/re sources.
Working with the Program Manager for various cost and budget related activities.
Interpretation of data and identification of data mismatches and follow up with system leads to a successful conclusion.
Also supports the Program and Delivery manager in their day to day activities.
The skills you'll need
Data analytics: Able to read and interpret network and customer inventories correctly, and cross reference between them.
Communciation Skills
Stakeholder Management Skills
Reporting: where required able to build a dashboard required to monitor project progress.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, sharepoint and Visual-Basic skills
Medium SQL skills and MS-Project skills.
Experience you'd be expected to have
Experience in Data Analytics.
Experience of data interrogation using tools and systems listed in the ‘skills required for this job’ section above.
Ability to matrix manage teams.
