Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Act as a key advisor to the executive team on human resources-related matters. Talent Acquisition and Management: · Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top talent. · Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly. Employee Relations: · Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. · Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts. Performance Management: · Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. · Work with department heads to ensure performance goals are aligned with overall company objectives. Learning and Development: · Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills. · Facilitate career development and succession planning. Compensation and Benefits: · Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market. · Regularly review and update the company's compensation structure. HR Compliance: · Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements. HR Metrics and Reporting: · Establish key HR metrics and regularly report on HR performance. · Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Qualification · Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. · Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience · Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. · Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Job tags
