Role and Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the administration of the Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) commission software application. This includes configuration enhancements and bug fixes. You will deliver reliable scalable and efficient applications managing all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering modeling & design development testing deployment integration and documentation. Working with crossfunctional teams you will develop solutions that accelerate cycle times alleviate cumbersome manual processes and ensure accurate results. Additionally you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive innovation within the organization.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Information Technology MIS or Computer Science or related field
• Overall 5 years of software development experience with a minimum of 2 years of solutioning and programming experience with Varicent ICM
• Experience in the insurance domain (Life Disability) and understanding of insurance terminology and Life Insurance/Disability Insurance Agent contracts
• Strong knowledge in Design Development and Testing of ETL methodologies in all phases of Data Warehousing
• Proficiency in creating and publishing dashboards and writing SQL queries
• Prior expertise in business analysis and technical skills to develop requirements documents for ICM (Varicent)
• Experience with Agile deliverables and ceremonies
• Advanced skills in SQL JavaScript debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Capability to solve complex technical problems and assimilate information rapidly
