Job description
• Proven work experience as a PMO Executive or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and multi-project environment.
• Strong ability to lead team meetings and eliminate obstacles that may arise.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end project life cycle in an agile project environment.
• SDLC knowledge and IT technical understanding is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the product development process is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile project management framework (SCRUM, KANBAN) etc.
• Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of other project management tools is preferred.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• The ability to track project progress and illustrate it on project status reports.
• Knowledge of project risk identification and mitigation.
• Effective communicator, comfortable with interacting with stakeholders.
