JD for CyberArk PAM resource for Omya Good knowledge of CyberArk PAM and EPM solutions Strong knowledge of Vault, DR, PVWA, PSM, CPM and PTA servers Strong experience for users on boarding and off boarding process Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user. Knowledge of managing CyberArk workflow and policies. Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, user's server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements. Strong troubleshooting skills Provide guidance over security tool enhancements and performance tuning to increase capability to support new requirements. Strong experience on Create/modify/delete Safes Strong experience on Master policy, Platforms and component connections Good knowledge of Useful Ports in CyberArk from all component servers to Target server and Vault/DR Need to have experience on CyberArk EPM Agent installation. Experience in onboarding endpoints to CyberArk EPM Need to have good knowledge on EPM Policies administration. Integration of EPM with SAML CyberArk Trustee/Defender Certificate is mandatory. (1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.)
