Job description

Graduate with minimum 2-5 years experience in inbound voice process in BPO

domain of which 1-2 years should be in a customer service team handling

capacity.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Excellent interpersonal skills, coordination skills, team management skill

Good knowledge about the product and working of business and standards

Responsible for meeting performance targets by coaching and managing teams

Person must make efforts to ensure that all members adhere to SLAs.

Manage the team and control the Shrinkage / attrition rates.

Data management and analysis

Basic computer skills- Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
