Job description

– AM/DM - Operations –

About the role : AM Operation’s objective is to act as a strategic business developer and thinker who should be able to execute marketing plans for results; the main motive being bringing business to the school in the form of admissions.

Job responsibilities : Franchise Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees, addressing inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure adherence to brand standards. Facilitate communication between the franchisor and franchisees. Training: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing franchisees. Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to ensure consistent brand representation. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Compliance: Monitor franchisee compliance with brand policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to quality and operational standards. Address compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions. Follow up for admission withdrawal and try to gain the knowledge behind it. Building up rapport with existing parents and trying to get leads for next year's admission academic session. Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management. To know, maintain, adhere to, and comply with all rules and policies for admissions as prescribed by Jaipuria Edutech Pvt. Ltd. To maintain continuous contact with the parents & students. Preparing a marketing calendar for all the schools to get admissions.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in franchise support, training, or compliance roles. Strong understanding of franchising regulations and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. Skills : Training and development expertise. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of franchise regulations and legal compliance. Relationship-building and teamwork. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Franchisee satisfaction and engagement levels. Training program effectiveness. Compliance audit results. Timely resolution of franchise-related issues. Successful implementation of corrective actions.
