Job description
Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS office tools
Must have prior work experience in eCommerce industry and hands-on experience in operations
Must have knowledge of inventory management, CC, Reconciliation
Must have experience of handling teams and delegation of work to juniors
Must have prior experience of dealing with customer and manging customer escalations
Execution of day to day operations activity - Inbound, Outbound, Cret, etc
Managing shifts, manpower allocation, roaster planning, etc
Creating daily report and monitoring critical KPIs
Implementing kaizens in order to improve productivity, safety, and cost optimizations
Maintaining inventory hygiene
