Job description

Job Summary We seek a dynamic Marketing Analytics & Reporting Manager to join our Marketing team. You’ll architect and build the marketing analytics function for Axtria Marketing. You will thrive in this cross-channel, customer-centric marketing role if you can combine the creativity of an artist with analytical and data modeling skills. You are a thinker and a doer. You understand customer behaviors, expectations, and interactions. You are a great collaborator and value data-driven marketing. You will be responsible for campaign and channel measurement, data analysis and visualization, and advising cross-functional teams on how to optimize efforts to help our company accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating and operationalizing insights to make drive data driven decisions in marketing. You will be instrumental in working cross-functionally with product and portfolio teams to align on metrics and goals across the company. You will collaborate with digital and other teams to move away from ad hoc analytics and reporting and bring structure to the entire marketing efforts. In-depth knowledge of digital channels, platforms, ROI reports, reporting tools is a must. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on operator who’s built and scaled modeling and reporting functions in a B2B marketing environment. You’ll be a key partner and advisor to the marketing, sales, finance, and executive teams, and you’ll work in an amazing culture on a high-functioning team.

Responsibilities

Ability to translate data from metrics to rich stories about the customer experience and effectiveness of various marketing campaigns Take a proactive role in managing Axtria’s reporting and related processes and elevating them to more holistic insights and recommendations to drive marketing efforts forward Optimize Axtria’s reports and formatting to ensure teams can easily consume information including standard report formats and data normalization Advise on Axtria’s reporting processes, including working with the entire Demand Center team to uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel Act as a stakeholder with knowledge of Axtria’s marketing technology integrations to lead the firm forward ensuring high quality data and analytics is possible across systems Identify issues with Axtria’s database integrity and reporting capabilities through improved processes and data quality Assist with understanding which demand generation and lead nurture efforts are most effective to improve business development efforts Act as a subject matter expert in the marketing technology stack and advise internal stakeholders on its use Be an expert in Axtria marketing compliance with customer privacy and legal requirements Identify target audiences and gather analytics to prepare strategies for success in marketing campaigns with an impact on sales outcomes Track our overall lead-to-revenue management performance; analyze sales funnels and customer intent, and work with the marketing operations and demand generation teams to track and optimize marketing funnel performance Tracking campaigns on daily/ weekly basis and reporting on customer journeys, touch points, what’s working what’s not and analysis for next campaign Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports Create executive reports, data visualizations and dashboards.

Requirements and skills

7-10 years’ experience in marketing analytics, data modeling and analysis; experience in building a data warehouse is a plus Ability to think strategically and make recommendations and provide insights to the business based on data analysis Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA process that results in highly accurate reporting that can be trusted Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine tactic effectiveness, ROI and pipeline building Experience working with cross-cultural teams Deep experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Lookr, etc. Strong proficiency with MAT and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce Data analysis and presentation skills Hands on knowledge of analyzing data from various marketing platforms/ tools including Adobe analytics , SEM rush, sprout social, hot jar, google manager, LinkedIn campaign manager etc Ability to take direction and provide strategic insight Ability to work well with detail-orientated technical specialists Team player; cross-functional collaboration Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to communicating with candor and respect In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices Experience with analyzing PPC campaigns, LinkedIn paid campaigns
