Bengaluru Job Description: As an Associate - University Relations, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to foster partnerships that support our mission and contribute to the growth of our user base. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies, execute initiatives, and drive engagement within the higher education community. Responsibilities: 00001. Develop and implement a comprehensive university relations strategy to establish and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions. 00002. Identify key stakeholders within universities and build relationships with faculty, administrators, and student organizations. 00003. Coordinate and execute recruitment events, workshops, and presentations on campuses to promote our products and services. 00004. Serve as the main point of contact for university inquiries and facilitate communication between the institution and internal departments. 00005. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create compelling materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to university audiences. 00006. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and outreach efforts. 00007. Track and report on key performance metrics related to university engagement and partnership effectiveness. 00008. Stay informed about developments in higher education, EdTech trends, and relevant policies to inform strategy and decision-making. 00009. Support the development of internship programs, research collaborations, and other initiatives to deepen relationships with universities. 00010. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the higher education sector. Qualifications: 00001. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 00002. 2+ years of experience in university relations, business development, or related roles, preferably in the EdTech industry or higher education sector. 00003. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, or academic institutions. 00004. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences, including faculty, students, and administrators. 00005. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 00006. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. 00007. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation in education. 00008. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 00009. Flexibility to travel occasionally for campus visits, conferences, and events. 00010. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management platforms is a plus.Job tags
