Job description
Key Responsibilities and Skill Requirements:
- Design and implement advanced text mining algorithms to extract valuable insights from unstructured data.
- Develop robust data extraction models to process diverse Healthcare documents
- Apply NLP techniques to analyze and understand medical texts, enabling effective information retrieval and semantic understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into Healthcare applications, enhancing clinical decision support systems and information retrieval processes.
- Build and deploy Machine Learning models tailored for healthcare tasks
- Employ supervised and unsupervised learning approaches to enhance model accuracy and efficiency in handling Healthcare data
- Implement effective data preprocessing pipelines to clean and prepare healthcare datasets for model training.
- Engage in feature engineering to extract relevant information from structured and unstructured healthcare data, ensuring optimal model performance.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals (SME), data scientists, and data analyst to understand domain-specific requirements and constraints.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment with organization goals.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible in work timings
Qualifications:
- Masters in Statistics / AI.
- Experience in Azure Cognitive Services
- Proven experience in developing ML/NLP solutions for healthcare applications
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and proficiency with relevant libraries.
