The Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) is looking for
a Training Coordinator who is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs , and developing employees’ skills and knowledge within an organization. Location: Worli, Mumbai. (No accommodation) This is on-site, on-contract position. Work experience: around 1 years in HR would be ideal. Strong communication skills and good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Ranking, Sorting, Percentile calculations, etc.) is a must. Should also be presentable. Qualification: Bachelor of Hotel Management Job Description: Responsibilities: · Participate in the set-up of all Training events. · Maintain a MIS report for each event / training. · Format, catalogue, and report on all Training Event’s feedback surveys · Aggregate and analyze technical feedback comments from event surveys. · Obtain Training Need Assessment (TNA) from respective operations and units. · Update Feedback Surveys dashboard with comments from each event feedback survey · Track and record wellness data for inclusion in master employee engagement spreadsheet · Perform additional projects as needed. · Able to determine most appropriate method: exercises, cases, lecture, senior speaker to facilitate learning. Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree · Preferred: Experience within the hospitality sector or similar roles · Preferred: Professional certification in Learning and Development or equivalent Skills: · Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues with tact, cooperation and persistence. · Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization globally with suppliers, vendors and customers · Ability to effectively communicate in visual, oral and written presentation forms. · Ability to effectively manage a project from its initiation to delivery, either as live training or as a deliverable · Must have the ability to focus on performance by establishing clear objectives for the training. · Ability to work independently participate and collaborate as a team player wherever necessary.Job tags
