The
Senior Network Engineer is responsible for design, installation, configuration (hardware, network system software, tuning, maintenance, install and upgrade), management of network equipment's and connectivity. This position also provides Level-3 technical assistance to department associates.
Responsibilities - Build and prepare standard reports and dashboards for hiring processes, including key metrics for Talent Acquisition
- Partner with TA leaders and other HR partners to develop data models for recruitment
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios using Oracle and/or Power BI
- Responsible for all weekly and ad hoc reporting out of ATS (ORC), metrics and dashboard presentations in support of Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepare formal presentations to Talent Acquisition/Human Resources leadership and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate and analyze data and information to determine issues impacting TA and the recruiting process.
- Compile information from multiple systems and manual sources to report on key talent metrics
- Coordinates and tracks OFCCP outreach efforts in compliance with OFCCP requirements
- Manage centralized candidate experience survey distribution and reporting
- Support ATS system administration for upgrades and new release configuration, planned optimization projects
- May provide BU Specific Reporting - Centralized & standardize reports across business units
- Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through audits
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business

- 3-5 years' experience working with organizational data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics).
- Experience Power BI and Oracle preferred
- Experience writing macros in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical acumen - ability to work with, decipher, and present large sets of data.
- Detail-oriented individual who can be relied upon to produce accurate deliverables
- Aptitude and enthusiasm to work with data in order to present metrics, results, progress updates and compliance information.
