We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Orthopedic Doctor Relationship Manager to join our team and foster strategic partnerships with orthopedic doctors.
Job Description: As the Relationship Manager at PhysioPlus, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with orthopedic doctors to drive referrals and expand our network of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with orthopedic clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners to promote our physiotherapy services and enhance collaboration between orthopedic care and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard orthopedic doctors as referral partners for PhysioPlus.
- Cultivate strong relationships with orthopedic doctors through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Educate orthopedic doctors about the benefits of referring patients to PhysioPlus for post-operative rehabilitation and injury management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting orthopedic doctors.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless referral processes and timely follow-up with referred patients.
- Monitor and analyze referral trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strategically position PhysioPlus in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic care and rehabilitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
