Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Sales and Service Engineer located in pune. As a Sales and Service Engineer, i will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, technical support, and maintenance and repairs for welding and safety equipment. Also, I find new customers and sell them by giving them proper information about my products .
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance and repair skills
- Experience with field service and customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in welding and cutting equipment preferred
- Degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Availability for on-call services outside of normal business hours
