Travel Consultant (Holiday Packages and Visa)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years- Responsibilities : - Advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. - Understanding the requirements from client regarding their travel plan and create suitable Travel Plan and Itinerary suggestions. - Getting quotes from suppliers and vendors and understanding the travel guidelines for various countries - Organizing travels from beginning to end, including visa, tickets, accommodation and transportation. - Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/ holiday materials. - Knowledge about Galileo / Amadeus or Air Ticketing Portal will be preferred - Offer and promote different services and offerings - Keep learning about latest industry trends - Build and maintain relationships with clients - Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports - Understanding of travel laws and regulations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Detail-oriented and research driven individual.Job tags
