Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at PROHED. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic and data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, manage reputation, generate leads, and provide market intelligence. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search campaigns, paid social media advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience in media planning and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience.
  • Create and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook to generate leads and increase conversions.
  • Optimize paid social media advertising to drive engagement and improve campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market research and gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
