Job Overview

IOTRON Support Assistant is in role to manage Day to day activities.

Coordinating with colleagues and Team Leader to make sure all relevant tasks are performed within Timeframe.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Acquisition of Agreements
  2. Initial evaluation
  3. Capturing Agreements
  4. Confirmation all Agreements are captured.
  5. Final review

  1. Answering to colleague’s queries and concerns
  2. Timely Loading of all customer’s data
  3. To ensure Customer is satisfied.
  4. Strong team worker
  5. Creative and innovative way of thinking

Requirements

1. Graduate in Commerce

2. Good verbal and written communication in English (any certifications would be added advantage)

3. Telecom Roaming Industry Experience would be an ideal candidate ( Not mandatory)
