Interested candidates can share their profiles onor share on
Secretarial Matters
Looking after Compliance Work
Maintaining secretarial records and updating minutes and agenda for the companies;
Coordinating with Internal Auditors Statutory Auditors external consultants and other departments for compiling data required for preparing compliance and MIS reports.
Legal Matters
Drafting and Reviewing of the LOI Leave & license agreement Lease deed and Termination agreement;
Drafting and reviewing NonDisclosure Agreement
Drafting and reviewing agreement with Brand Principals Franchisee agreement and distribution agreement;
Drafting agreements required by other departments such as: market place agreement IT agreements etc.
Replying to customers complaints and employee grievances;
Maintaining legal records
Coordinating with external legal consultants for litigation matters
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in law & Qualified Company Secretary (Must)
Strong academic record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
