This is an individual contributor role reporting to Head of Enterprise Solutions supporting the Enterprise Solutions.
Enterprise Solutions unit at Sinch Enterprise IT is driving major transformations in ERP, HRIS and CRM to shape the way we enable and support all Sinchers globally in a better way in the future. In doing so, we are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Delivery lead, to help us improve our services, implement processes, rationalize application landscape and keep track of key aspects of our unit’s deliveries.
In this role, you will be responsible for Application Rationalization, Planning and Product Management, Project coordination, Stakeholder Management, Reporting and Metric in the Enterprise solutions area covering CRM, ERP & HRIS domains.
Responsibilities
- Planning and Product Management–Align with the Product Managers, Domain and Enterprise architects to develop the roadmaps to achieve business outcome.
- Project coordination – Align with stakeholders to enable successful implementation and execution of BAU and Project deliverables. Drive initiatives around business support activities and improvements of the service delivery
- Application Rationalization- Drive application rationalization initiatives to consolidate towards major transformation programs in the CRM, ERP and HRIS domain
- Stakeholder Management - Works in conjunction with IT Leadership, Business stakeholders, Enterprise PMOs, Architecture, Infrastructure and outside parties who can impact the business outcome. Facilitates communication between IT teams and other business units as necessary.
- Reporting and Metric - Develops methods of tracking progress and performance of the function, in alignment with overall KPI’s and measurements. Analyzes results to determine potential issues, risks, and enhancements. Conveys recommendations to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Delivery management
- Experience with MS Office, Project Management, Agile and Waterfall techniques
- PMP and/or ITIL knowledge preferred
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems with limited guidance or supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge in IT process development and implementation and experience in project management tools and techniques
- Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
