Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ghaziabad/Greater Noida West. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads for the company
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Collaborating with other teams, such as media planners and marketers, to develop effective strategies to meet clients' advertising and marketing goals
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Knowledge of Business and Communication tactics
• Account Management skills to maintain strong client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0-2+ years of experience in Business Development or related field
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
