Job description
We are currently seeking Technical Support Executives for our Broadband Process. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with their broadband services. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently. Previous experience in customer support or technical roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to broadband services
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 10th standard education; 10+2; Graduate (No BE/BTechs/Postgraduates)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer support or technical roles is preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational UK shifts
