Job Title: Product (Non Tech) & Operations Analyst
Experience: 1-3 years Location: Gurgaon About The Job At Nat Habit we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of 'fresh' personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.
The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
Product (Non Tech) & Operations Analyst
Create, monitor, analyze & improve business with focus on product, sourcing, manufacturing & packaging
Responsibilities - Design & launch physical products end-to-end keeping key business goals as objective
- Work with vendors to build & implement solutions for product, packaging or manufacturing
- Analyse & simplify manufacturing processes for improved scale & quality
- Work cross-functionally to monitor & enforce timely launches and compliance of standards & best practices
- Identify key process gaps and devise solutions to improve business metrices
- Monitor & analyse data to drive business growth & improvements
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelors of Engineering from a premier institute
- 0-2 yrs of experience
- Very strong research and analytical skills
- Strong solutioning ability across product, operations & business problems
- Strong interest in mechanics, physics, chemistry, bio sciences & other core sciences
- Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects
- Thorough and Organized
- Start-up enthusiast
