We are seeking the candidate for Greater Noida Location only.

Role Description

The Director of Engineering is responsible for managing and leading the engineering institute to ensure effective academic delivery, while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Director of Engineering will work closely with other departments to ensure quality academic delivery with commitment to achieve above 75 % result in B.Tech.

He will also be actively involved in the admission process also.

Qualifications

MINIMUM 15 YRS OF ACADEMIC & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, M.Tech with Ph.D MUST.
• All other qualifications as per AICTE & AKTU Norms
• Should have exposure of NAAC / NBA process
• Dedicated towards achieving result in B.Tech under AKTU.
• Good command on latest and upcoming technologies and certifications like AI, ML and others
• Ability to lead the Engineering College independently.
• Should be familiar with AKTU and AICTE norms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
