IHRD Regional Centre - Ernakulam is a division of the Institute of Human Resources Development that offers various revenue-generating programs, training programs, and IT services. The center provides project mentoring to BSc/BTech/MTech students and specializes in maintenance of computers and peripherals. The center also coordinates the ecourt project and provides entrepreneurial training programs for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities. This System Administrator role is located at IHRD Regional Centre in Trivandrum.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at IHRD Regional Centre - Ernakulam located in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and technical support of the center's IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for network administration, ensuring system security, and maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of System Administration and Information Technology
- Experience with troubleshooting, technical support, and network administration
- Demonstrated ability to maintain system security
- Understanding of IT best practices and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
