- Should be able to manage Loading & Unloading trucks.
- Arrange Transportation after coordination with the transporter.
- Miscellaneous work related to transportation.
- Should know Excel and word and able to operate independently.
- Monthly dispatch plan -as reference document
- Weekly & Daily coordination with assembly to know the dispatches planned.
- Keep the list of transporter updated with rates from time to time.
- Collect the delivery challa & Packing list from QC or assembly.
- Prepare the packing list to be sent with invoice.
- Coordinate with QC for collecting the MTCs
- Prepare warranty/Guarantee certificate.
- Prepare the complete Set of Dispatch documents-DC,Invoice,E-way Bill,L R,Warranty Cert,MTCs
- Sent the truck with a set of documents.
- Send the dispatch details to the customer -Scanned documents to be E-Mailed, Hard copy to be couriered.
- Confirmation from the customer-GRN Copy-about receipt of complete order in good condition.
