Senior Executive - Customer quality support - Application Engineering Dept.
Job Description:
- Motor Control System: Basic understanding of motor control systems and functional, efficiency, stability, and reliability requirements of motor controller unit.
- Responsible for resolving Customer issues (0 km and Field) through quality process investigation and analysis
- Closely interact with OEMs to meet vehicle level performance requirements.
- Work with external labs & certification bodies to get customer requirement done.
- Create, review and submit all PPAP's, Customer Audit Coordination.
- support operations, Quality and after sales service teams on problem resolution.

Job Specifications
- Domain Knowledge: Motor Control, Traction Inverters, Motors in EV industry
- Quality Assurance Expertise: Strong understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly within the automotive sector.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently, both at zero kilometers (0 km) and in the field.
- Technical Competence: Understanding vehicle-level performance requirements and the capability to work closely with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to meet these standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with OEMs, external labs, certification bodies, and various internal teams (operations, quality, after-sales service).
- PPAP Management: Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and submitting Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
- Customer Audit Coordination: Experience in coordinating and managing customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Problem Resolution Support: Ability to support operations, quality, and after-sales service teams in resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Project Management: Skills in managing Quality Resident Engineer(s) effectively, ensuring their tasks align with quality objectives and timelines
Desirable Requirements:
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in statistical tools and methodologies for quality improvement purposes, such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Technical Writing: Capability to generate comprehensive reports, analysis, and documentation related to quality investigations and resolutions.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Ability to identify potential quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working across different departments or functions within an organization to ensure a holistic approach to quality assurance.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactiveness in suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements related to automotive quality standards and practices.
Experience : Minimum 7 Year of Relevant Experience with Customer Quality
Qualification : B.E / B.tech (Electronics)
