Job description
We are looking for Successfactors consultant.
2-4 years in SAP SuccessFactors technical support and maintenance
Your key responsibilities:
- Ticket based troubleshooting and problem solving within agreed KPIs. Managing and solving incidents logged into ticketing tool (Service Now) (2nd level support).
- Assessing severity, impact, and risk of incidents. Escalating to the management, when required.
- Act as the technical point of contact to analyse and fix the complex application and systems issues
- Root cause analysis together with the vendors and Konecranes internal specialists
- Perform configurations in the system based on functional and technical documentation
- Monitoring and maintenance of system integrations
- System testing and documentation.
- Analysis and Reporting of support work, KPIs etc.
- Taking ownership as Major Incident Manager in times of critical/high priority tickets (major incidents) in your area
- Provide necessary support to colleagues during critical support situations
- Contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency and overall teamwork
- Review all internal process documents and ensure they are up to date
- Ensure effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
- Taking responsibility of Service Transitions for ongoing rollouts/developments
- Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary
- Adhering to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
- Ensure way of working that complies with audit requirement
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

What should you bring
- Must have configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Nice to have certification in SAP SuccessFactors
- Must have knowledge of integrations for SuccessFactors (SCPI)
- Must be comfortable with MS office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to work along and prepare the reports as and when needed
- Nice to have awareness of incident management process in a support environment with an ability to work for SLA & TAT based service delivery
- Nice to have knowledge about ITIL processes for Incident and Service Request Management
- Must have earlier exposure on 1 or 2 Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout / Support projects for SuccessFactors
- Must have excellent inter-personnel skills with a proven ability to work independently as well as in virtual global team
- Must have good communication and presentation skill
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Nice to have experience in interacting with global clients
- Must have customer service-oriented approach to ensure end-user satisfaction
- Must have commitment to agreed targets and is consistently capable of meeting deadlines
- Must have capacity to work under pressure
- Must have analytical approach to problem solving
- Nice to have knowledge on RPA, Test Automation
- Nice to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
- Willing to travel based on organizational needs
- Willing to work in shifts / on-call when necessary
