Job description
Desired Candidate Profile:
- We look for candidates with at least 2 years of Tele-sales experience and a track record of successful sales. While we prefer B2B sales experience in the domestic market, outstanding candidates from B2C will also be considered.
- Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Age limit: up to 30 years
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Starting Salary In Hand: Rs. 22,000.
- Salary Increment every 6 months for sales performers.
- Progressive Monthly Salary Offer: In-Hand Monthly Salary: Rs. 22,000 for 1st 6 Months, Rs.23,000 for 7th to 12th Month, Rs. 25,000 for 13th to 18th Month and Rs. 28,000 for 19th to 24th Month.
- Additional 10% increment on 'Basic+DA' part of salary on every year's competition.
- Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.
- Local Travelling Allowances offered within the salary.
Promotion criteria based on three months' consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Saturdays are working days.
- All Sundays are off.
- Every 2nd Saturday of the month is officially an off day.
- Working Timings: 9.45am to 6.30pm (including a 1-hour lunch break between 1 pm to 2 pm).
