Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coding, automation framework understanding, and testing methodologies.
Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad (should be flexible to work from office in the future) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C# and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define automation strategies. Lead the evaluation and selection of automation tools, ensuring they align with project goals and technical requirements. Drive automation initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall software quality. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks, processes, and best practices. Monitor automation test results, investigate failures, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, recommending enhancements to existing frameworks and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance. Proven experience in automation testing, with a focus on web and API testing. Expertise in C# programming language and .NET framework.
