Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management:
- Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms (Upwork, Guru), LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
2. Online Bidding:
- Effectively bid on projects through online platforms such as Upwork, Guru, and others.
- Showcase the company's capabilities and tailor proposals to client needs.
3. Sales Methodologies:
- Utilize a combination of online and offline sales methods to initiate and close deals.
- Employ effective negotiation and communication skills to secure profitable contracts.
4. Industry Experience:
- Possess a strong background in IT services and consulting services sales.
- Demonstrated experience in selling software products.
5. Educational Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any field is required.
- Must have a proven track record in IT services sales.
6. Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to analyze costs associated with projects.
7. Follow-up and Sales Closure:
- Proactively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to facilitate the sales process.
- Close deals efficiently to meet revenue generation targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in IT services and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms and social media for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate technical details to clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
