Overview :Fynd is India's largest omnichannel platform and multi-platform tech company with expertise in retail tech and products in AI, ML, big data ops, gaming+crypto, image editing and learning space. Founded in 2012 by 3 IIT Bombay alumni: Farooq Adam, Harsh Shah and Sreeraman MG. We are headquartered in Mumbai and have 1000+ brands under management, more than 10k stores and servicing 23k + pin codes.We are seeking a prolific and talented technical content creator who can contribute to our vision of delivering the best information experience with great content. This role will involve understanding the details of and around the product and articulating them clearly, concisely and illustrated andrequires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. You must be able to distil complex information into clear, concise text.One must have a sound experience with Enterprise SaaS products & a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the technical products, and experience in blogging to achieve business goals.Roles & Responsibilities :- Plan, create and edit user guides for our products.- Ensure technical content is well-formatted, grammatically correct, and professional.- Help review and create UI text, such as tooltips, error messages, and labels for buttons/fields in the software.- Create video tutorials to supplement the existing documentation.- Gather continuous feedback from the business team and address their content requirements.- Collaborate with other writers, designers, and developers to create marketing collaterals, such as blogs.- Help developers and other members of the company who have documentation-related queries.Basic Requirements/Mandates : - 3+ years of relevant experience in technical writing.- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.- Proven experience in writing, editing, researching, and planning software documentation.- Excellent skills in grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with Git commands and GitHub/GitLab for version control.- Experience using static site generators and following docs-as-code method (in Sublime or VS Code).- Familiarity with image and video-editing tools (Snagit/Photoshop, Filmora/Camtasia).- Decent knowledge about HTML and CSS (need not be in a professional context).- Confident to work with several teams in parallel.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Knowledge in the e-commerce domain will be a huge plus.- Familiarity with API documentation.What do we offer :Growth knows no bounds, as we foster an environment that encourages creativity, embraces challenges, and cultivates a culture of continuous expansion.
