Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - PMO Lead

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our large ERP implementation program (HCM and Finance), who will be a PMO Lead responsible for the Finance organization. The responsibilities will include delivering overall activities in the PMO, presenting a point of view and moderate discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring meeting key milestones in sync with the project timeline.

Responsibilities:

Support end to end project management, design, and execution of activities for the Finance workstream.

· Partner with cross functional workstreams having interdependencies with Finance areas.

· Deliver Steerco ready, high-quality work in a consumable manner.

· Act as an interface across workstreams within Finance to problem solve, escalate as required, and ensure adherence to the overall project plan deliverables.

· Quality review of Project documentation, reporting and communication

· Report outs to Group Process Owners

· Moderate discussions between SI partner and Genpact

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management certification would be good to have, but not mandatory (PMP, Agile)
• Relevant years of progressive experience in project management, experience and expertise on Finance projects preferred.
