Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of marketing experience in a technology environment supporting sales teams such as field marketing
- Experience in sales stakeholder management
- Experience in startup marketing roles in Business-to-Business tech
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in StartUp marketing, supporting VC, and Incubator partnerships
- Experience in managing and delivering scaled cross-channel integrated programs with clear goals and objectives
- Experience across SEM, social media marketing, content syndication, and ABM
- Ability to engage with sales stakeholders and conveying crisp business outcomes and narratives using data
- Expertise in story telling through data and advanced level reporting and analytics like SQL

As Startup Marketing Manager, you will lead Startup and Digital Natives Marketing for India, ensuring the delivery of high-converting marketing experiences that deliver on Startup targets alongside sales.
In this role, you will build alignment with sales and contribute to the overall success of the SMB Mid-Market and Corporate business. You will work across multiple internal and external stakeholders to build a portfolio of programs and initiatives tailored for Startups in India.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Google Cloud Startup programs in India, optimizing and iterating based on performance. Deliver on targets and identify opportunities for future programs through data analysis.
- Partner with the Startup regional sales leadership team as well as the local India team on aligning marketing strategies with business plans. Build and communicate customer wins and drive conversion within the StartUp community.
- Execute on demand generation programs aimed at acquiring startups and digital natives using lifecycle programs in retaining and progressing them.
- Build partnerships with VC/PE firms and StartUp incubators in driving co-marketing initiatives.
- Drive cross-channel integrated programs across paid, owned earned media to engage startups, drive trials, build advocacy, and contribute to annualized return rate. Execute media led advocacy programs at scale to communicate the value of Google Cloud to startups across India.
