What are the Key Responsibilities
- Building stakeholder engagement with the school management in the schools allocated to you
- Coach teachers on the elements of the Company program such as the curriculum, tools and technologies, and the implementation process
- Coaching teachers on how to use tools and technologies such as Engineering, Robotics, IOT, Programming, 3D Printers, Digital tools, and others
- Mentor teachers on pedagogies such as experiential learning, inquiry-based learning, and learning approaches such as STEM Education and Design Thinking.
- Monitor and manage teachers, coordinators, and school heads in the allocated schools to understand and manage stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to all parts of the inputs to the product & curriculum team, marketing team, and strategy

About The EPM role is about your passion for impacting creativity in schools. So your enthusiasm to connect with teachers, school leaders, students, and parents need to be high. You will also need to have a significant interest in travel since the schools you will be responsible for will be spread across a couple of states in India at times going up 15 days a month. This role requires a fair amount of leadership, communication, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, thinking skills, and a strong can-do attitude. Some of the other things you will need to have are:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Education/Design
- Good written and spoken communication skills in the English Language
- Willingness to travel and be based in any location across the country
