Responsibilities - Develop and implement manufacturing processes, systems, and methods to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve production systems
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and support production personnel in executing manufacturing processes and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and make recommendations for enhancements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical expertise to resolve them
- Evaluate and select appropriate equipment and tools for production processes
Requirements - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Fabrication Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
