Job Description:

Pitney Bowes is looking to hire an LMS Admin for their Learning & Development team. The candidate would be responsible for hosting curated L&D interventions, managing, and driving adoption of our learning content on Workday. They will be required to work in an agile framework to continuously improve, feedback and manage content for our audience.

The Job

Manage the end-to-end process of creating new ILT/VILT/e-Learning content

This position works closely with content owners and HR Business Partners to plan, organize, manage, and support assignments of learning content and events consisting of e-learning, and instructor-led sessions, and any associated supporting assets.

Provide recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user adoption. Develop ideas for automation of processes to reduce manual tasks.

Manage content effectively including version control and data security

Measure and report out on the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and key metrics.

Support L&D delivery by scheduling program logistics; Administrative and analytical support including scheduling and setting up training in our LMS, pulling and interpreting reports on participation and attendance as well as feedback from the sessions.

Prepare communication with participants and presenters, including briefing related to content and setup; follow ups to drive adoption

Maintenance of training database: updating participant status, registrations and cancellations, inputting presenters, updating presenter status, inputting presenter hours.

Evaluate & report program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.

Preserve Vendor data; evaluate vendors and external SMEs for trainings that need to be outsourced

Responsible for budgeting spend related to Learning &Development

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

3+ years experience of working as a L&D Admin

Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices; especially Workday LMS

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking

Demonstrated success working in a fast-changing environment on multiple projects with various degrees of complexity.

Experience of working in a global, virtual team. Experience working with other learning platforms eg LinkedInLearning, Udemy, etc Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, HTML and web-based applications.
