Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Java, and ReactJS, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. As a Full Stack Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and mentoring our aspiring developers and helping them become proficient in fullstack development.
Responsibilities - Conduct training sessions on a range of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Java, and ReactJS.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handson exercises, and assignments.
- Guide and mentor trainees, providing constructive feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in fullstack development.
- Collaborate with the training team to continually enhance the training curriculum.
- Assess trainees progress and adapt training methods as needed to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications - Any degree is preferable
- 6 months to 2 years of handson experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Java, and ReactJS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
