Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a rich background in B2B design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile design expertise, capable of overseeing diverse projects from websites and social media to presentation decks and video storyboards. This role demands a deep understanding of the B2B sector's design needs and the creativity to articulate and implement innovative design concepts. Key Responsibilities: Lead diverse design projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and our tech-for-good ethos. Develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate with target audiences and articulate these concepts clearly to the team for execution. Possess a thorough understanding of B2B design requirements and norms, applying this knowledge across all projects to ensure they meet industry standards. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure design solutions are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, incorporating them into projects to enhance creativity and impact. Qualifications: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a significant focus on B2B projects. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including web design, social media content, presentation decks, and video storyboards. Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and familiarity with web design principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
